Uniform Construction Cost Accounting

Fairfax School District uses the Uniform Construction Cost Accounting Act.

This Act allows local agencies to perform public project work of up to $60,000 with their own work forces if the agencies elect to follow the cost accounting procedures set forth in the Act.

All interested vendors are invited to add their company onto the approved list of vendors.  This list is updated yearly in November & December.  However, vendors may be added at anytime with the completion of the form that is linked below.
